gcp Consulting is committed to design with positive sustainable and environmental principles. We have a depth of knowledge and experience in sustainable design, which we apply to all our work.
We provide design stage analysis and advice, including building modelling for passive and active energy reduction, sustainable construction choices and specification. Our holistic approach provides analysis and options for the design team to find the optimum solution.
We also deliver training for clients and contractors to assist in developing sustainable development procedures.
For the housing sector, we offer a complete service of design guidance and assessment. This includes our bespoke pre-assessment advice, formal BREEAM Ecohomes and Code for Sustainable Homes assessments, alongside consultancy services on the environmental impact of developments.
We take a proactive approach to the assessment process with our bespoke pre-evaluation review, which we believe provides a positive tool to assist in achieving the production of new and refurbished homes with higher levels of energy efficiency and sustainability.
