Construction work has started in earnest at Ranelagh Road, Malvern where c-t-s Construction are building six houses, four flats and four Maisonettes for Broadway PLC. gcp has been busy achieving Section 73 and Minor non material Amendment consents from Malvern Hills District Council as wells a securing discharge of pre-start conditions. The project is due for completion in Q2 2020. Part of the site is within the Malvern Link Conservation Area and within the curtilage of a former listed convent which dates from 1869 and contains several buildings of significant architectural merit.
