Did you know...? Colston 33 was the largest office refurbishment completed in central Bristol during 2002. The old Bristol Post building was fully refurbished into 45,000 sq ft of high quality office space for Terrace Hill Developments.

gcp's approach to quality and customer service and our understanding of the imperatives of cost and programme has led to an increasing workload in the commercial and retail sector.

This has included work for clients such as Terrace Hill Properties and CJ Clark as well as other developers, owner occupiers, franchisees, investors and commercial agents, and as an 'approved architect' for Volkswagen UK contributing to their national network re-branding and refurbishment programme.

Other projects have included the proposed mixed use development at Folly Down, Bath which aimed to create over 32,000 sqft of office space and nineteen live/work units.
