Esther is a fully qualified architect who, before joining gcp, worked in multiple countries across sectors including healthcare, leisure, commercial and transport. Her time in Melbourne, Australia, was spent at a top tier practice working on the International Departures Lounge at Melbourne Airport, whilst in Bristol she has been involved with local and national healthcare projects, ranging from smaller ward refurbishments to large-scale community hubs.

At gcp, Esther has focused on community and housing projects, moving into a Project Lead role.

She is part of gcp’s working group that promotes employee wellbeing and corporate social responsibility.

Esther has a broad experience, delivering across all RIBA work stages and a variety of projects: from large-scale developments, to smaller interior fit-outs and refurbishments.

Her strengths lie in working directly with Clients to achieve effective, people-orientated design. Her strong interest in researching and implementing sustainable design is interwoven within the process, which includes involvement in BREEAM and retrofit projects.

Esther supports clients both in the conceptual development of proposals and their technical resolution.

Esther enjoys working as part of team, collaborating closely with other consultants, including digital collaboration under BIM processes.
