Tina first joined gcp in 2023, during her MArch placement year, then returned after graduating with a First Class Honours in 2025. Her thesis on material reuse was published in Dezeen Magazine, displayed at The Architect in Bristol.
Prior to gcp, whilst undertaking her Bsc, she gained international experience with Feilden Clegg Bradley in Bath, Tim Burton Architects in Wales and AIE Engineering in Spain.
With the support of gcp, Tina is now pursuing her training to become a registered architect.

At gcp, Tina has contributed to projects across both the sports and leisure and residential sectors, with experience spanning early design stages to construction.
In the residential sector, she has worked on small to medium-scale housing association developments, where she enjoys delivering thoughtful, practical housing that responds to the needs of residents and the wider community.
WithIn the sports and leisure sector, Tina has worked on a range of grassroots sports projects, building on gcp's strong relationship with the England and Wales Cricket Board. She is especially driven to make sports architecture more accessible and inclusive, with a focus on creating welcoming environments that empower women in sport. She enjoys working closely with the people who will use these spaces, helping to create facilities that reflect their needs and support thriving, connected communities.
With a particular interest in public consultation and strategic brief building, Tina works closely with various stakeholders to ensure their needs are met. In line with her passion for community engagement, Tina has recently delivered multiple architectural design workshops for Oxfordshire Cricket's Future Leaders Academy. The partnership has been nominated for the 2026 Impact of Cricket Award.
