“Working with gcp is great as they have a clear understanding of how to realise a project vision that involves a variety of different stakeholders and taking into account the various challenges involved, such as grant funding considerations. gcp work tirelessly in order to get the best outcome for the groups they work with and deliver over and above what is required to ensure a successful outcome”

Conversion of a listed Victorian primary school into a community environmental education centre, designed to respond to the needs of a large rural population.

Leadership Trust Foundation

gcp Chartered Architects worked with the Leadership Trust Foundation, a prestigious management training organisation, over a seven year period.

Projects have provided the Trust with new offices, seminar rooms and a 150 seat lecture theatre, a 24 bedroom residential course centre with conference facilities, and renewal of site services infrastructure including on-site power generation and reed-bed sewage treatment.

The Trusts rural location and the importance they place on quality of design and construction has enabled gcp to provide a range of buildings that integrate sensitively into the surrounding site. All new buildings have emphasised energy efficient design using sustainable materials with a particular emphasis on the use of local materials and timber for both structural and cladding elements.
